Forum software upgrade

Posted by MPEG-7/21 Community Account at July 09. 2006
Dear community members and all readers of this forum, We have recently ported this site to a much faster machine aswell as newer versions of the software. Unfortunately, due to our old forum product being severely out of date and not being developed any further, we were forced to switch to a different one that can hopefully be sustained over a longer period in the future. All the forum postings from the old forum have been transferred to this new one without any modifications. As it was impossible to manipulate the creation date, you can see who and when posted the certain message by clicking on it. The information will then be in the first line of the text. We apologize for any inconveniences this might have caused you. Hope you continue using our forums and have a nice stay here. Yours faithfully, MPEG-7/21 Site Support Team

Dear forum readers, we would like to remind you that our forums have RSS syndication installed and you can use this to get all the latest threads and comments. The feed does not include full text, so you will have to come to the forum to see the message, but it's still a great way to save your precious time! Cheers, Martin
