Google Calendar: Multimedia Events

Posted by Christian Timmerer at November 11. 2008
The lack of an online calendar for "Multimedia Events", i.e., conferences, workshops, exhibitions in the area of multimedia, motivated me to create a public Google Calendar. A few events I've already added but you can help me keeping it up-to-date ... Calender address: - XML: http://www.google.com/calendar/feeds/jigo8u3ui8rcpe9hh0jihs52do%40group.calendar.google.com/public/basic - ICAL: http://www.google.com/calendar/ical/jigo8u3ui8rcpe9hh0jihs52do%40group.calendar.google.com/public/basic.ics - HTML: http://www.google.com/calendar/embed?src=jigo8u3ui8rcpe9hh0jihs52do%40group.calendar.google.com&ctz;=Europe/Vienna Here's the code if you'd like to embed it somewhere... Best regards, -Christian

A very good resource for events is http://eventseer.net/. Just subscribe to some multimedia terms and you get a rss-feed for conferenerence, journals, workshops, and so on.

Best,

Ralf

nice tool indeed but who sorts out those events that are not really relevant to multimedia and just have the term mentioned somewhere. I'm asking because currently I've there 1236 events that match with multimedia ... -Christian
